New customer center

Welcome to SiriusXM Trucking.

Everything you need to get your account organized, manage billing, administer your fleet’s radios and connect with our U.S.-based support team.

Start here

Four steps to get up and running.

Complete these items first so your billing access, fleet administration and support contacts are ready when you need them.

1

Accept your invitation

Open the Zoho Billing portal invitation sent to your authorized billing contact and create your password.

2

Review billing details

Confirm your company information, billing address, contacts and preferred payment method are correct.

3

Organize your radio list

Keep each Radio ID or ESN matched to a truck, unit number, nickname or driver for easier fleet management.

4

Save support contacts

Add our phone, SMS number and email address to your records so assistance is always easy to reach.

Account access

Two portals. Two clear purposes.

Billing and radio administration are handled in separate secure tools. Here is what each portal is designed to do.

Billing and payments

Zoho Billing Customer Portal

Your secure self-service destination for account billing information and payments.

  • View and download invoices.
  • Review payments and account activity.
  • Pay open invoices through available payment methods.
  • Review or update permitted account information.
  • Manage eligible subscription and billing details.

First-time access: Use the Accept Invitation button in the Zoho Billing email sent to your authorized contact. If you cannot find the invitation, our team can resend it.

Radios and subscriptions

SiriusXM Fleet Management Tool

Manage your company’s SiriusXM radio subscriptions through the fleet self-service system.

  • Activate a new radio subscription.
  • Deactivate a subscription when a unit leaves service.
  • Send a refresh signal to an active radio.
  • Update eligible streaming credentials.
  • Search subscriptions and export reports.

Radio tip: Radio IDs are found by tuning the receiver to channel 0. Save a unit number or nickname with each radio to make future searches easier.

Good to know

Important account and service information.

Keeping your contacts and radio records current helps prevent billing questions and makes account changes faster for your team.

Monthly fleet billing

Fleet subscriptions are billed monthly, providing flexibility as trucks are added, replaced or removed from service.

Prorated account changes

Subscription charges are generally prorated according to the days of service when radios are activated or deactivated.

Submit changes promptly

Deactivating radio equipment or returning a radio does not automatically end the related subscription. Complete the change in the Fleet Management Tool or contact support.

Authorized contacts only

Only fleet personnel registered on the account can authorize account and subscription changes. Tell us when an authorized contact changes.

Maintain a radio inventory

Track the Radio ID or ESN, VIN when applicable, truck or unit number, driver and status for every active subscription.

U.S.-based support

Choose the contact method that works for you.

Our SiriusXM Trucking team can help with billing access, fleet service, radio equipment, account changes and general questions.

New customer FAQs

Common onboarding questions.

What if I did not receive my Zoho Billing portal invitation?

Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the billing contact provided during setup. If it is not available, email contactus@siriusxmtrucking.com or call (877) 811-1397 and ask us to resend the portal invitation.

What is the difference between the customer portal and the Fleet Management Tool?

The Zoho Billing Customer Portal is used for invoices, payments and billing information. The SiriusXM Fleet Management Tool is used to activate, deactivate, refresh and report on radio subscriptions.

Where can I find a radio’s Radio ID or ESN?

Tune the SiriusXM receiver to channel 0. The Radio ID is typically displayed on the radio screen. Record it exactly as shown and match it with the correct truck, unit number or driver.

What should I do before sending a refresh signal?

Turn the radio on, tune it to the preview channel—usually channel 1—and make sure the antenna has a clear view of the sky. Leave the radio on for several minutes while the refresh is processed.

Does removing or returning a radio automatically stop billing?

No. Hardware returns and radio removals do not automatically cancel the subscription. Deactivate the subscription through the Fleet Management Tool or contact SiriusXM Trucking support.

Who is allowed to request account changes?

Only authorized fleet personnel registered on the account can approve account or subscription changes. Contact us when you need to add, remove or update an authorized contact.

We’re here for the road ahead.
